Ingredients
Dough
– 1/2 cooking yeast
– 1/2 kg of white flour
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– a cup of water
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 1 spoon of salt
Pizza
– tomato sauce
– zucchini
– onions
– pickles
– fresh tomato
– fresh salad
– vegan cheese (parmesan)
– basil
– oregano
– salt
– pepper
Procedure
Melt the cooking yeast in a bit of warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Place the flour in a pot and add the rest of the ingredients: melted cooking yeast, water, oil, salt and sugar.
Mix everything together until you form a compact mixture.
Cover the pot with a clean cloth and leave the dough to rise for 30-45 minutes.
This amount of dough is enough for 2-4 pizzas – depends on how thick you want the pizza to be.
When the dough rises, knead it again until all the bubbles and lumps are gone and you have a smooth and compact piece of dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and start putting the ingredients!
You can put any vegetables you like on it.
It’s great with beans, corn, peppers, mushrooms, peas…
In this case, I used: tomato sauce, onions, zucchini, pickes, fresh tomatoes, fresh salad and vegan parmesan.
Before you put the pizza in the oven it must be heated to the maximum.
When it’s heated, put the pizza in the oven and leave it on maximum temperature for the first 10 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes, that is, until the dough is done.
Enjoy!
