– 200 ml of sunflower oil
– 100 ml of soy (or rice) milk
– 1 tea spoon of salt
– 1 tea spoon of lemon juice
– turmeric powder
Make a mixture of the milk, salt and lemon juice using a blender.
Gradually add the oil and add the turmeric powder at the end.
Mix everything in a blender and leave it in the fridge for about 10 minutes so it becomes thicker.
And the mayonnaise is ready.
This is a mild version of mayonnaise – great for making a french salad.
If you want a more spicy version, add mustard, chilli or any other spice to the mix!
