– fresh cucumbers
– dill weed
Peel the cucumbers and slice them.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan and add the sliced cucumbers.
Stir until they soften.
Add enough water into the pan until all the cucumbers are covered with water.
Add spices into the mix: dill weed, salt, pepper, garlic.
Mix everything and cook on mild fire for about 20-30 minutes.
You can serve the soup as it is, with the cucumbers in slices, or you can make a creamy soup by putting it in a blender.
