Ingredients
– 150 g of vegan butter
– 1 and a half cup of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 6 spoons of vegan milk (e.g. vanilla flavoured soy milk)
– 3 cups of oat flakes
– 1 cup of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– optional: cinnamon, dark chocolate, dry fruits
Recipe
Foamy mix the vegan butter, which is softened at room temperature, with half a cup of sugar and 1 vanilla sugar.
Add a couple of tablespoons of milk and a few teaspoon of cinnamon (to your liking)
Mix oatmeal flakes with flour and baking powder. Add chopped chocolate (or dry fruits!)
Mix all together and add a few more tablespoons of milk if the mixture is too crispy.
Shape your cookies and bake in a heated oven at 180 C for 15-20 min.
When they’re done, remove to a plate to cool off and serve!
